E-Learning Process & Production

eLearning Superheroes will design, develop and deliver a training solution that best fits your organisation’s environment, learning culture and budget. Our flexible approach to instructional design is based on the ADDIE model – Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate.

Working closely with system users we will identify learner’s existing knowledge and skills and define training objectives. We will then design, develop and implement a user-focused system training programme. Our consultants will work with you to assess knowledge uptake amongst users and ensure sustainable training materials are available.

eLearning Superheroes is able to produce your software training in either a stand alone piece of e-learning, a SCORM compliant module that can be launched and tracked from a Learning Management System (LMS) including PENS, or integrated into help systems.
